About The Final Test Report
The Final Test Report is the only newsletter dedicated to semiconductor design-for-test (DFT) and automatic test equipment (ATE), including test systems, DUT handlers and wafer probe systems. It is published monthly (the printed copy is delivered to subscribers by first class mail/airmail) and can be downloaded from our home page on the first day of each month. A weekly updATE is sent to subscribers via e:mail.
FTR brings you timely information relevant to the the technology, companies, products and the business of design-for-test and manufacturing testing of all types of semiconductor components.
It has been delivered, in printed form, to hundreds of semiconductor component and test equipment managers since 1985. Subscribers to The Final Test Report include the key managers and executives at every major ATE/EDA and semiconductor manufacturer in the U.S. and around the world.
The Final Test Report is now available to subscribers on the World Wide Web. It is presented in Adobe Acrobat® format and thus retains the look and feel of the printed version.
Now, in addition to the monthly printed and electronic versions of FTR, subscribers receive a Monday updATE Edition via e:mail. This edition includes summaries of the most important developments in these industries during the past week.
IKONIX has also now added a daily, downloadable, FTR Stocks/News report, for subscribers only, which summarizes that day's market performance of both ATE and EDA vendors' stocks. It also includes the most important semiconductor-oriented news of the day. A special Friday edition provides a summary of the week's market activity. The Market updATE Edition is available by 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
